Replacement buses used during engineering works and travel disruptions are accessible to customers who are able to board the bus on their own. Wheelchairs have to be folded down to fit into luggage compartments. If you need to stay in your own wheelchair throughout your journey, please write to us at [email protected] at least 3 working days before your journey and tell us your travel plans. We will arrange a wheelchair accessible vehicle. If a replacement bus is used for an unexpected travel disruption and it is not possible for you to board, our on-board staff will make sure that you can continue your onward journey. We will reimburse the costs of all alternative transport arrangements. Please keep the receipts.
