  • The Elron farecard is valid as long as it is being used. Elron reserves the right to cancel without advance notice farecards that have not been used for three years.

Yes, it can. The farecard is not personalised and it can have a number of tickets on it.  It is important, however, that the farecard to which a ticket has been loaded is carried by the passenger who is travelling with the ticket because the ticket is only valid together with the farecard.

  • If the travel card is lost or broken, we recommend closing it immediately under the User account.
  • If there is no User Account, write to the e-mail address: klienditugi@elron.ee as soon as possible and we will close the card ourselves.
  • If there is a valid balance or ticket on the farecard, we can transfer them to a new card.
    • To do this, send us a letter to the e-mail address: klienditugi@elron.ee
    • And prove the transaction made on the lost travel card (e.g. a copy of the payment order).
  • Elron does not buy back farecards or reimburse the cost of its acquisition.
  • If the farecard is lost, becomes unusable, stolen, destroyed, damaged, etc., Elron will not replace the driving card with a new card free of charge.
  • Elron is not responsible for a lost or stolen farecard or its use by third parties.
